Password management
We store all the passwords we set up for your equipment and network in a 1Password vault, which you can access with your own account and login. This service is billed at $8 per month per seat - a “seat” is an account with access. You can have one account for yourself, one for each of your team members, or none at all(although this means you’d need to call us for your passwords). Additionally, if you have a technician or contractor who needs access, we can give them a temporary login at no charge and delegate access to only what they need.
This service is not negotiable - we store passwords in a secure vault as a matter of opsec - operational security. We won’t ever restrict you from accessing your equipment - but we absolutely insist passwords are kept securely and not just written down on a sticky note.
