Pricing

Our services vary widely in cost, and since our networks and solutions are so scalable, we can deploy a cost-effective solution on a tight budget, or a high-performance system on a blank check. We are happy to provide a free inspection and estimate to all customers, and we can work with any budget and scope.

General labor rate

For any general service, we charge a general labor rate of $149/hour with a minimum of one hour.

Recurring monthly subscriptions

We do have a few services that result in a recurring monthly charge, which you can change or cancel at any time with no contract or obligation.

Monitoring

Infrastructure monitoring is priced at $50/month per site. This service provides you real-time 24x7 notifications if something goes wrong or there is an issue.

On-call monitoring is $100/month per site and notifies us, so we can get on fixing it right away with SLA guaranteed response time.

Cybersecurity services

Our cybersecurity services have their own dedicated page for pricing and details.

Domains, email, and phone

If we handle your domain, email, or VoIP, there will be a monthly payment for that, but it depends on your domain, how many phones you have, how many inboxes, et cetera.

Consulting

We provide services where we will audit your network and infrastructure and provide baseline security documentation, procedures, and other assets generally found in your “IT handbook”. This is a “yearly subscription” where for the period of one year after you purchase this service, we will make any adjustments or expansions to your policies at no charge. After the year is up, a discounted renewal price is available.
