Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through consultative sales of managed IT services, network solutions, telecom and cellular offerings, and cybersecurity solutions to business clients across various industries. You will work closely with our technical team to design solutions tailored to client needs, build lasting relationships, and represent Sasquatch Networks’ values of innovation, inclusivity, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and engage potential business clients requiring IT, network, telecom, and cybersecurity solutions. Conduct consultative sales presentations and technical assessments to understand client needs. Develop tailored proposals that integrate Sasquatch Networks’ services to optimize client technology environments. Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, presentations, contract negotiation, and closing deals. Collaborate with engineering and support teams to ensure seamless implementation and high client satisfaction. Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Represent Sasquatch Networks at industry events, networking functions, and local community initiatives.

Qualifications

1+ years of proven success in B2B technical sales, preferably in managed IT services, telecom, or cybersecurity. Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity best practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences. Experience managing long sales cycles and building lasting customer relationships. Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with the Pacific Northwest business landscape is a plus.

Compensation

To start out with we are planning to hire as 1099 contractor and pay commission on any clients/jobs sold. As our business expands, we would like to ensure our entire team is salaried W-2 with benefits to help them live their lives comfortably. This is subject to revision so if you have more preferred compensation let us know.
